Disney World June Trip Planning - Crowds, Parks, Resorts & More

Disney World June Trip Planning - Crowds, Parks, Resorts & More

Hey there, Disney fans! It's Trent and Jeni from The Disney DNA Podcast, and we're buzzing with excitement about our upcoming trip to the most magical place on earth. In this post, we're spilling all the details about our June Disney World adventure. Buckle up, because this pre-trip report is packed with pixie dust!

Home Sweet Home: Saratoga Springs Resort

First things first, let's talk about where we're laying our heads after long days of park hopping. We scored a stay at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa, and we couldn't be more thrilled!

This Victorian-style resort is like stepping into a postcard from historic Saratoga Springs, New York. We're already dreaming about:

- Splashing around in the High Rock Spring Pool (that waterslide is calling our names!)
- Treating ourselves to a fancy dinner at The Turf Club Bar and Grill
- Maybe sneaking in a spa treatment (hey, vacation is for pampering, right?)

Park Plans: Our Must-Do List

Magic Kingdom

No Disney trip is complete without visiting the OG park. Here's what's on our Magic Kingdom bucket list:

1. Riding the brand-spanking-new Tiana's Bayou Adventure (bye-bye Splash Mountain, hello Princess and the Frog!)
2. Getting our spook on at the Haunted Mansion (999 happy haunts, here we come!)
3. Ending the night with Disney Enchantment fireworks (cue the waterworks)

Epcot

Epcot, oh how we've missed you! We can't wait to:

1. Blast off on Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind (fingers crossed we don't lose our lunch)
2. Eat and drink our way around World Showcase (stretchy pants: check!)
3. Be dazzled by Harmonious at night (because who doesn't love Disney songs in a dozen languages?)

Hollywood Studios

Lights, camera, action! At Hollywood Studios, we're psyched to:

1. Join the Resistance on Rise of the Resistance (may the Force be with us in that virtual queue)
2. Watch Indiana Jones crack his whip at the Epic Stunt Spectacular
3. Have an out-of-this-world dinner at Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant

Animal Kingdom

Last but not least, we're going wild for Animal Kingdom:

1. Spotting animals on Kilimanjaro Safaris (early morning for the win!)
2. Soaring through Pandora on Flight of Passage
3. Singing along to Festival of the Lion King (Hakuna Matata, folks!)

Beating the Heat and Crowds

Let's face it, June in Florida is no joke. We're packing our Mickey ears AND our strategy hats:

- Early mornings are our best friend (hello, rope drop!)
- Genie+ and Lightning Lanes are our secret weapons
- Portable fans, cooling towels, and enough sunscreen to fill Splash Mountain

Wrap-Up

Phew! That's our Disney World game plan in a nutshell. We're counting down the days until we're strolling down Main Street, U.S.A., Mickey pretzel in hand.
